Lens feature

Is there software that sends AI visibility as a weekly email report?

Yes. Lens sends a weekly email report for each brand in your workspace. It describes the brand’s newest analysis: its AI visibility and how it changed, the results on each AI platform, share of voice against competitors, brand perception, the strongest and weakest topics and the actions to take next. Our team switches it on for your workspace and sets the day and the recipients.

What the report contains

Each email leads with a short summary of the brand’s standing, then shows the detail behind it, with links back to the dashboard.

  • AI visibility and the change since the previous analysis
  • Results per AI platform, including Google AI Overviews
  • Share of voice against the competitors you track
  • Brand perception: awareness, authority, recommendation, preference and trust
  • What the answers say about your brand
  • Visits from AI platforms to your website, when Google Analytics is connected
  • The strongest and weakest topics, and the actions to take next

Who receives it

Recipients are members of your workspace. Each one gets the report in the language they use Lens in, English, Turkish or Dutch, and can stop it from their notification settings.

When it arrives

Once a week on the day chosen for your workspace, or straight after each scheduled analysis. A report always describes the newest analysis; if no new analysis ran since the last report, none is sent.

Other ways to report

Export a PDF report from the dashboard at any time, compare analyses side by side, or ask ChatGPT about your results through Narron MCP.

Frequently asked questions

How do I switch the weekly report on?

Write to hello@narron.io or open a request from Lens’s support page. Our team switches it on and sets the day and the recipients you want.

What happens in a week with no new analysis?

Nothing is sent. The report always describes a new analysis, so you never receive the same numbers twice.

Is the report only in English?

No. Each recipient gets it in the language they chose in Lens: English, Turkish or Dutch.
