1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website narron.io (the “Website”) operated by Narron B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands (KvK [TBD], registered office [TBD]; “Narron”, “we”).

Use of the Narron Brand Intelligence Platform itself (e.g. lens.narron.io) is governed by a separate written agreement between Narron and the customer. These Terms cover only the Website and its publicly accessible materials, including any investor pages made available to you via a time-limited link.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Permitted use

You may access the Website for lawful, informational purposes related to evaluating Narron and its Services. You may not:

• use the Website in a way that infringes any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its systems, or any non-public area;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content other than as permitted by our robots.txt file;
• share, forward, or publish access tokens or links to non-public materials (such as investor decks) issued to you;
• use the Website to transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Narron name and word mark, product names (The Lens, The PR Factory, The Shield), code, and design — are owned by Narron or its licensors and protected by Dutch and international intellectual-property law. No licence is granted by these Terms other than the limited right to view the Website for the permitted purposes above. All other rights are reserved.

5. Confidentiality of investor materials

Where you have been granted access to non-public investor materials via a time-limited link, those materials are confidential. You agree to keep them confidential, to use them solely to evaluate a possible investment, and not to forward, copy, or publish them. Access tokens are personal to the recipient and may be revoked at any time.

6. No warranty

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narron disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Forward-looking statements, performance figures, and case studies on the Website are illustrative and do not constitute a representation, guarantee, or commitment regarding future results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narron, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website. Narron’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including for intent or wilful recklessness).

8. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites that are not operated by Narron. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party site.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the district where Narron has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where applicable.
