Who writes the actions?
Language models draft them from the answers Lens measured and an audit of your website, and every action shows the evidence it is based on.
Lens feature
Yes. After every analysis Lens updates Actions: a ranked list of what to change to be named more often, each with the problem, the evidence from the answers, the prompts it affects and, where it applies, the page to change. When you mark an action done, Lens reads the page to check the change is there and keeps measuring whether the problem improves.

Lens reads the analysis, including prompts where no answer names you, rivals preferred over you, cited sources that leave you out and criticism that grows, together with an audit of your website. Each finding becomes an action of one kind: website content, a technical fix, digital PR or social media.
Start an action to record where its problem stood, then mark it done, or Not for us if it does not fit your brand. Lens checks the page you changed and keeps measuring; if the problem comes back, the action says so.
On Plus and above you can connect Google Analytics and Search Console with read-only access. Lens shows visits from AI platforms to your pages next to the pages AI answers cite, and Search Console findings become actions: pages Google has not indexed, searches where you rank but AI does not cite you, and searches you do not track yet.
Every action keeps how often its problem appeared when you started, so later analyses show whether it moved.

Mark it Not for us and it leaves the list. You can also tell Lens which kinds of content you never want suggested.
Every paid Lens plan. How detailed the suggestions are and the Google Analytics and Search Console findings depend on the plan; see the pricing page.
